Third Saturday of the month, October - May
Purcellville Skating Rink, Purcellville, VA

Dances will resume in the fall.

Bluemont Country DancesBluemont dances are nice, old-fashioned evenings held the third Saturday of each month October through May. Dances begin at 8:00 pm (Beginner's workshop at 7:30 pm).

Our wonderful old-time country dance bands, figure callers and friendly atmosphere attract both new and experienced dancers throughout the area. Families, couples and single dancers are welcome. Dancers are encouraged to bring homemade potluck refreshments. Refreshments are also available for purchase at the Rink's snack bar.

The Rink is an extraordinary 100-year old historic landmark with a wonderful wooden dance floor and plenty of room to dance. It's easy to find and has plenty of parking.

Admission is $8 per person; $6 for Bluemont Friends, students, and seniors. Bluemont offers a first time welcome rate for Purcellville residents of $5 per person, $10 a family.

To help out with our Bluemont Dances contact Suzanne Grobbel, Dance Committee at 703-220-6256 or info@bluemont.org, or volunteer online.   Help us with the dances and have fun at the same time!
