It's the volunteers and sponsors in each community who make Bluemont such a success.

There are many ways to partner. Individuals, organizations and businesses all bring talents and resources that make the Bluemont experience in their community unique.

Some individuals and families enjoy helping out at summer concerts; other people become committee members to help coordinate events in their community. Some people volunteer at our Old-time dances, while others come to our office in their spare time to help with special projects.

Volunteer projects in the summer include performer hospitality at concerts, committee leadership, concert site set up and clean up, welcoming guests, fundraising, promotions and poster distribution. Bluemont encourages community and civic groups, and local businesses, to volunteer as a group to help sponsor an evening or take on a special project.

Volunteers can also contribute throughout the year by helping with Bluemont's Artist-In-Education programs in local schools, administrative support and special projects, Winter programs, and our Healthcare Outreach to nursing homes and other institutions.
